Meet Dan Michael Cantos
A Grade 12 STEM student in Cabuyao Integrated National High School

My Story
Personal Profile
Hi! My name is Dan Michael Cantos from the City of Cabuyao, Laguna. I’m a 12th-grade student at Cabuyao Integrated National High School. I have chosen the Academic track and the STEM strand. Although things get hard in my online classes, I have learned to be enthusiastic in what I do. Since starting my education in this track and strand, I’m thrilled to say that I’ve learned from so many trained professionals in my school. I know that I still have so much to learn from others — whether teachers or my fellow students. I hope that you can learn more about me on this personal website!
Academic Experience
My Studies
June 2010 - April 2016
Elementary: Jeremiah Montessori School (Salutatorian)
I finished my 1st to 6th grade at this private school in our subdivision. This is where I learned basic skills in areas such as reading, writing, and math. I competed in various quiz bees, particularly enhancing my scientific knowledge and piquing my interest in it.
June 2016 - March 2020
Junior High School: Cabuyao Integrated National High School (With High Honor)
I finished my 7th to 10th grade at this public school near the city proper. This is where I learned to be more social and cooperative, enhancing my being a team player. I have also participated in various competitions such as science quiz bees, essay writing, robotics, and Science Investigatory Projects (SIP).
October 2020 - Present
Senior High School: Cabuyao Integrated National High School
Still, in the same school as Junior High School, my Senior High School days had started during a pandemic. I have finished my studies in the 11th grade and currently continuing my online classes in the 12th grade. This is where I developed my 21st-century skills, as online learning is all about having digital literacy.
